Try It Tuesday: Bright + Happy Berry Peach Smoothie

Starting the day off right!

To kick off the release of our new Thermal Tumblers, we decided to share with you one of our favorite smoothie recipe combinations - berries + peaches. We always feel better when we start the day with a smoothie - how about you?

We have a huge peach tree in our backyard, and every summer we have more than we can possibly eat. This year we pitted, sliced, and bagged a few dozen up for the freezer - making them super easy to throw in a smoothie. You can also use fresh fruit, or purchase frozen fruit for this recipe.

Best of all, you can sip on this smoothie all morning in your new tumbler at just the right temperature. The triple-walled design of our tumblers keep your cold drinks cold for up to 6 hours!

Berry + Peach Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 peach (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1-2 cups water (or milk - dairy or non-dairy - for a creamier smoothie)
  • Ice, if desired (omit if using frozen fruit)

Directions:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. Add additional ice or water to get the right consistency (you'll need more or less depending on your blender and amount of frozen fruit used).

Pour into your cup or tumbler and enjoy!
